UNION, Mo a woman slit a young mothers throat and stole her baby was charged with kidnapping and assault. the baby was found late tuesday in good condition torrez was questioned how she delivered her own baby and recovered fast enough to attack Ochsenbine on the same day.
i think this lady is on crack for trying to tell the cops that she had a baby the same day she attacked this lady and kidnapped the baby she needs to be placed in mental treatment.
